We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service, please help us with our commitment to quality by letting us know how well we preformed – in order to evaluate our service level. At National Van Lines we strive to provide the best service possible. Please complete the following survey to help us improve our service and create a better offering for our customers. Please rate the quality of relocation services provided by our crews at the time of packing, loading and the delivery of your shipment, the performance of our Move Management team through the sales process and the claims process. The following questions are answerable on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being most satisfied and 5 being least satisfied. Origin Services: Packing

  Items were listed on valued inventory form and security seals were used on high value cartons

  Packing material and cartons (that were packed by the crew) were removed from my residence
  I was satisfied with the care the crew gave my goods at delivery
