Incorporated in 1929, our history is rich with innovation and leadership in the industry. We were one of the first companies to obtain interstate operating authority, expand that authority to include all 48 states and to establish an autonomous International Division to meet the growing need for international relocation services. We are licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC). Community Involvement

National Van Lines has a tradition of service which includes sponsorship of the world-renowned artist, Wyland, who has dedicated his art to the preservation of the world’s oceans. He has completed life sized murals of ocean life throughout the world, with his equipment being transported in a specially dedicated National trailer painted by Wyland and serving as a ‘rolling canvas.’ Other community organizations National Van Lines is committed to include the American Heart Association, the Juvenile Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society.
