  Professional salesperson was on time for the scheduled appointment.
  An accurate estimate for cost of services was provided.
  An estimate with complete explanation of charges was presented in a timely manner.
  A salesperson was available before and after the estimate to answer any of your questions or concerns.

  Items were listed on the valued inventory form and security seals were used on high value cartons.
  I was satisfied with the care the crew gave my goods at packing.

  The crew was in uniform (logo shirts acceptable) and overall appearance was satisfactory.
  The crew was professional and courteous.
  I was satisfied with the care the crew gave my goods at loading.

Destination Services: Delivery

  High value cartons arrived with seals intact and items were unpacked and checked.
  The crew was in uniform (logo shirts acceptable) and overall appearance was satisfactory.
  The crew offered unpacking and reassembly service (for items disassembled by the mover at origin).
  Packing material and cartons (that were packed by the crew) were removed from my residence.
  I was satisfied with the care the crew gave my goods at delivery.
  Rate your overall satisfaction with the service you received from the delivery crew.

Move Management: Move Coordinator

  My move coordinator was available through the entire moving process to answer my questions or concerns.
  I was satisfied with the way my move coordinator handled my international move.
